Service Description

a specific focus on retraining and reconnecting to your pelvic floor - for anyone with pelvic pain, post-partum folks, post-trauma. whether you're an athlete looking for that competitive edge in being truly connected to your core, have bladder leakage (do you avoid trampolines?), or just don't know what's up down there, i have years of experience and i'm here to help you! these visits can be done in person or online - it's all about training you to get your brain and your pelvic floor back into proper relationship. first appointment is 60 min, follow-ups are usually 30 min.

to cancel or reschedule, please email me at drstephvos@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. if you have extenuating circumstances that require a late cancellation, please email me.
