The Workshop Experience

A weekend intensive experience to awaken and heal and transform your relationship to your body and your sexuality. From the physical body to the emotional self, from the personal history to the cultural context - how can we begin to reclaim our bodies, our lives, and our healthy sexuality as an expression of what it means to be aligned and alive in the world? Bring your excitement, your fears, your curiosity, and your journal. 

The weekend retreat experience will include a mix of yoga and movement exercises, pelvic floor work, specific journaling prompts, group sharing (optional to share what you feel comfortable sharing), and learning about the anatomy and physiology of sexuality and arousal.
