learn how to work out tight muscles! we'll learn how to use whatever massage 'gun' you have at home, including some basic pathways you can repeat. plus tailored practices specific to you and your partner, with lots of 1:1 time with dr steph vos. $150 per pair - only one partner need register. if you are a solo registrant (which is allowed! $75), please email me directly at drstephvos@gmail.com
